Novel, short story, flash fiction, poetry, play and screen writers--come meet other Philadelphia area writers to share questions, challenges, inspiration, resources and current projects. While this session will primarily be a social event, the hope is that it will provide attendees with a larger sense of community, some validation for art that addresses change and perhaps even new friends to be in a writing or reading group with. Ideally, this will be a space where writers can feed off each other in a positive way and be inspired. Whether you are just beginning or you have multiple publications, all are welcome.

Information about residencies, publications, grants, area MFA programs and writing workshops will be distributed.

The Leeway Foundation will provide drinks and some snacks, but feel free to bring something to share.

Short presentation and introductions will begin at 5:30pm. You can also drop in whenever between 5:30pm-7:00pm.
