RALLY TO DEMAND FULL FUNDING TO FIGHT GLOBAL AIDS!

Text below is from Health GAP, which is organizing the event.

President Obama and his rich donors will dine on caviar and sip champagne at a $50,000-per-person fundraiser in NYC on May 13th. Outside the fundraiser, AIDS activists will be demonstrating to demand that he keep his promise to fund AIDS treatment around the world. Instead of increasing the number of people on treatment, like he promised, Obama is cutting funding for global AIDS, and people are being forced onto waiting lists for AIDS drugs. These people are sick, and without treatment, they will die. And the US promised them treatment!
